Bethanie Nash

Hiya. I'm Beth, founder of Smart Monkey Marketing. I manage our client's marketing campaigns from conception to conclusion, ensuring that they are always as happy as Larry.

I am the proud owner of a Post Graduate Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). I also hold Chartered Marketer Status which is awarded by the CIM in recognition of achievement in practical experience and expertise in each calendar year.

My past experience has included both client side and agency marketing work, and I've been lucky enough to work with companies as diverse as Jaguar, Toshiba Communications, Visit Florida and A J Walter Aviation.

During the few hours that I'm not working (or subconsciously thinking about what I could be doing even better at work... sad, I know...), I enjoy meeting up with my friends and I am quite partial to a few sociable drinks! I love listening to music and have been known to try my hand on the decks when partying. However, my all time passion is snowboarding. I love that exhilarating feeling of flying down a mountain. Perfect.

Andy Green

Hi, I'm Andy, the resident designer here at Smart Monkey. My day to day work involves designing graphics and coding for websites and emails, coming up with corporate identities and designing brochures, leaflets, exhibitions panels and anything else we can think of to improve our clients communications.

I've also just completed a Masters degree in design. My main degree project focused on the use of comics and interface design to improve human computer interaction - sounds a little complex, but is a great idea.

Previous work experience has included graphic design for a wide range of clients including solicitors, restaurants, e-procurement providers, software developers and a Territorial Army Regiment.

Out of work, and when I'm not studying, I love watching sport, footie is my favourite and Southampton are my team. I have an unhealthy obsession with music, over 2000 cds, and the Pixies are my favourites. I also like movies, but only if they are well directed! I like the Bond series and Star Wars - but who doesn't!

Sam Lutman-Pauc

Hello - I'm Sam, Account Manager for Smart Monkey. I'm faced with the challenging responsibility of ensuring the steady and continued growth of our company. My background is predominantly within business development and constructional design for print and packaging. This creative role has enabled me to be a part of many exciting projects over the years, with clients including Gillette, L'Oreal and more recently Liz Earle - Naturally Active Skincare.

Most of my time is spent client side working face to face taking project briefs and assisting my clients in developing their companies marketing strategies to increase revenues. With a very creative mind and many years marketing experience my main responsibility is to ensure you (the client) are totally happy, constantly informed and confident in the ability of Smart Monkey to grow your business.

In my spare time I love nothing more than chilling out with my wife and two gorgeous daughters at home, on our little farm just outside Chichester, West Sussex. Any other spare time is spent out on the water; I'm a keen waterman and enjoy Wakeboarding, Surfing and my all time passion of tearing up the waves Kitesurfing!

Melvin Smart

Melvin is our funky little brand monkey and as such, his job at Smart Monkey Marketing is extremely important. He works tirelessly to ensure that all of our communications are integrated, in sync and that we stand out from our competitors.

Melvin helps us to reflect Smart Monkey's business values: 'a dedication to creating marketing strategies that generate real results combined with good honest fun and a great team'.

Melvin's proudest moment was when his appearance in the space shuttle email that launched the Smart Monkey website was recognised as an example of best practice by Brighton based email & SMS marketing solutions giant, Pure.

In his spare time, Melvin enjoys hanging around. He is very partial to a PG Tips brew and always ensures he keeps on top of his 'five a day' with the help of his favourite fruit - bananas (of course!).
